Imara Company Limited ("Imara", "we", "us") is a technology company based in Bujumbura, Burundi. This policy applies to this website and to our apps, including Imara Afya. Contact: support@imaracompany.com.

• Information you send us through forms: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, your area of interest and your message.
• Email addresses you give us to be notified about new products.
• Basic technical data needed to run the site securely (for example, IP address in server logs, used to prevent spam and abuse).
• If analytics are enabled, we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count visits without identifying you.

Imara Afya helps you track your health habits. Depending on the features you use, the app may process: water intake, steps, sleep and sleep schedule, weight and height (to calculate BMI), daily mood and energy check-ins, menstrual cycle and period information, and blood pressure, blood sugar and pulse readings.

This is sensitive health information. We only use it to provide the app's features to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

• To reply to your messages, quotes, orders and pilot requests.
• To notify you about products you asked to hear about.
• To provide, maintain and improve our apps and services.
• To keep our services secure and prevent fraud and spam.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our services (for example, email delivery and hosting), under agreements that require them to protect it, or when the law requires us to.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@imaracompany.com. In the Imara Afya app, you can also delete your data from within the app or by contacting us.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will inform you of any breach as required by law.

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know through the website or app.
